Shipping and returns Policy 

At JennyMathew.Art, we take pride in the quality of our artworks. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our refund policy below for more information.​

We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time! 

In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Non-Customised Artworks:

If you are not satisfied with your non-customised artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, securely packaged, and with all original accompanying materials.

Customised Artworks:

If you decide to alter your order regarding design, color, or size and the creative process has not yet begun, Jenny is open to discussing adjustments to accommodate your preferences.

As customised artworks are unique and personalised to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a customised artwork in such a condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

In the event that the Client opts to cancel the commission agreement after the artwork has been finalised, artist Jenny Mathew reserves the right to levy a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total costs. The extent of this charge will be determined at the discretion of Jenny Mathew and will be contingent on the project's progress at the time of cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Artworks

We kindly request you to thoroughly inspect your order upon its receipt. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at jennymathewstudio@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jennymathewstudio@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  • When returning an artwork, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds for artworks that have been altered, damaged, or modified by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective artwork.

Who actually owns the artwork?

Please note, that I retain ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK that I create. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of ANY AND ALL ARTWORK that I create.

The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

    Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

    *for oversized originals (sizes 36"x48" & up), shipping is done by rolling the painting & shipping in a tube.  You will need to arrange for framing of your art from your local professional framing store. 

  • The shipping price is calculated based on weight coefficient of each item.
